- 面臨能源枯竭危機,節能議題持續發酵,隨著LED照明技術突破,照明節能措施陸續展開,透過燈具汰換可達到大於五成的節能效果,但卻無法有效紓解尖峰用電壓力,若能導入智慧照明技術,除可再節省電力外,亦可發揮抑制尖峰用電之效益,紓解現今電力備用容量吃緊之困境。經濟部能源局自2015年起推動LED智慧照明示範計畫,補助對象為大專校院與各鄉(鎮、市、區)公所,藉由示範計畫之執行,推廣先進智慧照明技術,建立智慧照明示範場域,協助LED照明廠商克服發展瓶頸,開發關鍵零組件、高值化燈具與智慧系統,達節能減碳與產業發展之雙重目的。本文主要介紹近年來我國LED智慧照明示範計畫推廣案例,了解技術發展與施行績效,並剖析未來大量推動所需克服問題。

- Abatract
- The energy conservation issue is getting important due to the energy depletion crisis approached. The energy saving action is being taken along with the technology progressing of LED. Replacing of conventional lighting products with LED lighting may reduce over 50% of lighting energy consumption, but may not decrease the peak electricity demand. BOE of Taiwan keeps leading LED intelligent lighting demonstration projects, such as the projects for libraries in collages and the following projects for township government offices. The proposed projects is trying to introduce the smart lighting technology to the market. Therefore, not only more energy consumption could be saved compared with mere LED retrofit , but also the power consumption could be balanced during the peak time and off-peak time. This article introduced recent cases of LED intelligent lighting demonstration, and meanwhile studied the performance of the projects and the technologies adopted in those cases. Besides, the barriers for popularizing the intelligent lighting technology were indicated in this article as well. This article indicates the results and some examples in this project, technology progress and the remarks about the problems that might happen in massive implementation of the smart lighting in near future.
