摘要
水泥產業面臨全球淨零排放挑戰與經營風險,發展碳捕獲與再利用技術將成為水泥產業綠色 永續發展機會。本文依據水泥產業溫室氣體排放途徑,提出碳捕獲可行技術,包括:富氧氣燃燒技 術、冷凍氨技術、薄膜液化二氧化碳技術、鈣循環技術。二氧化碳再利用技術則包括:直接利用二 氧化碳、強化原油回收和強化煤床甲烷氣回收、二氧化碳轉化為化學品和燃料、礦物碳酸化及生質 燃料等技術選項。本文進一步以微藻養殖再利用為案例,分析碳捕獲與再利用價值,提供水泥產業 參考。上開技術,具有可複製性,有助技術推廣,以及加速國家淨零排放目標之達成。

Abatract
The cement industry is facing global net zero emission challenges and transition risks. The development of carbon capture and use technologies will become a green growth opportunity for the cement industry. Based on the greenhouse gas emission pathways of the cement process, this paper introduces some feasible carbon capture technologies, including: oxyful combustion, chilled ammonia, membraneassisted carbon dioxide liquefaction and calcium looping. The paper also introduces the beneficial reuse technologies of carbon dioxide, including: direct use of carbon dioxide, enhanced oil recovery and enhanced coal-bed methane recovery, carbon dioxide conversion into chemicals and fuels, mineral carbonation, and biodiesel and biofuel production. These technology options can be provided to the cement industry for reference. The above alternative technologies are duplicable, which helps to promote the technology and accelerate the achievement of the national net zero emission goal.
