- 適用國內不同地理和地形因素的多參數太陽能漫射分率模式組合近期內已被發展出來,但因為 此等模式所使用參數須包含前、後小時甚至全天的太陽輻射資訊,無法僅以當下量得太陽能資訊進 行即時太陽漫射分率的計算,有必要發展一套可僅以當地、當下量得的全天空水平太陽輻射資訊計 算出當地之「即時」太陽漫射分率模式,藉以推估出當地、當時之漫射和直射輻射量。在前述發展 多參數太陽能漫射分率模式同時,一個以位處臺灣西岸的臺南量測平台所測得太陽能數據為基礎的 單一參數「即時」太陽漫射分率模式亦已被成功發展;但依照既往研究經驗,僅以此單一參數模式 無法滿足國內不同地理及地形因素之太陽漫射分率之預測。本研究另以位處臺灣東岸(臺東監測平 台)和一個離島(澎湖監測平台)之多年量測太陽能數據庫分別發展出適用當地之「即時」單一參數太 陽漫射分率模式,配合前已成功發展適用臺灣西岸之「即時」單一參數太陽漫射分率模式,如此之 組合可提供適用國內各種地理、地形情勢之「即時」性太陽漫射分率之預測用。

- Abatract
- Very recently, a set of piecewise linear multiple-predictor correlation models for solar diffuse fraction in Taiwan has been developed. However, two predictors used in this set of correlation models: the daily clearness index requiring whole-day information for hourly global radiation and the persistence of global radiation level requiring hourly sky clearness indices for the preceding and next hours prevent it for realtime prediction of the hourly diffuse fraction. There is a need to develop a “real-time” correlation model to facilitate the in-situ, real-time prediction for hourly diffuse and beam radiation provided the global radiation information is available. During the development of multiple-predictor correlation models, a singlepredictor correlation model for solar diffuse fraction has been also developed using the available in situ database for solar properties in the western part (Tainan test station) of the Taiwanese mainland. However, it is incapable of covering the geographical and topographical variations for predicting solar diffuse fraction in entire territory of Taiwan. The study uses respectively the available databases for solar properties in the eastern part (Taitung test station) of the Taiwanese mainland and in a remote island (Penghu test station) to develop their corresponding single-predictor model for solar diffuse fraction. These two developed singlepredictor models incorporated with the previously developed one for the western part of the Taiwanese mainland constitutes a set of “real-time” correlation models which can predict hourly diffuse fraction and account for the geographical and topographic variations in Taiwan.
