摘要
近年來,台電系統的風力與太陽能發電(太陽光電),歷經多次「全國能源會議」決議推廣再生能源,及配合政府獎勵推動下,目前(2016年7月底)風力與太陽能發電裝置容量分別各達67、85萬瓩,共計約152萬瓩(1.52 GW)。本文根據近六年來台電系統風力與太陽能發電每小時發電紀錄,探討這兩種綠能發電之年度、季別、月別及每日24小時出力變化情形,一窺臺灣重要間歇性電源的運轉特性。

Abatract
After the resolutions of the National Energy Conference in recent years ,to promote renewable energy and launch relevant incentive policies by Taiwan government, the installed capacity of the wind and solar power generation systems (photovoltaic) of Taipower are up to 666.2 MW and 850.7 MW respectively, with a total of 1,516.9 MW (1.52 GW), by the end of July 2016. This paper is to provide a glimpse of the major operating characteristics of the essential intermittent power supply in Taiwan by analyzing the characteristics of the variation of the two major renewable resources on the annual, quarterly, monthly and daily bases in accordance with the hourly generation records of Taipower wind and solar power generation system in the past six years.
