摘要
我國政府積極推動『前瞻基礎建設計畫』,其中『沙崙智慧綠能科學城』包含綠能科技產業化技術驗證平台建置,以及建築節能技術開發與產品性能驗證功能。主要目的為促進國內外的產、學、研各方單位相互交流,並帶動我國綠能產業發展。此亞熱帶氣候之智慧型節能建築測試驗證平台(以下簡述:建築測試驗證平台),能夠檢測建築節能技術與綠能相關產品,其實際測試的結果能夠與理論計算相互比較,藉此減少理論與實際結果的落差。本文著重於建置前期的旋轉機構與建築外殼設計規劃,並參考美國Flexlab (溫帶)、新加坡Skylab (熱帶)相關設計以及國內的建築檢測需求,使其成為亞熱帶氣候第一座的建築測試驗證平台。該旋轉機構具有抗地震的性能;建築外殼主要分為可替換的面牆、可變陽台深度距離、天窗…等多項功能。此建築測試驗證平台目前規劃能夠進行『室內環境、室外環境、效能建材、智慧化管理、能源效率、能環大數據、系統整合分析』等7大研究主題。

Abatract
The government is executing a plan for Shalun Smart Green Energy Science City, there are includes the construction of green energy technology test platform and energy-saving technology development for the building. This plan's main purpose is to promote the exchanges between the industry, government, university institutions at home and abroad, and improve the development of the green energy industry. The test and verification platform of the intelligent energy-saving building in subtropical climate can be used to testing the building energy-saving technologies or related products. The experimental test results can be compared with the theoretical calculations. The test verification platform of the building is the first building in the subtropical climate. This research focuses on the design of the rotating mechanism and the building shell in the early stage and refers to the US Flexlab (temperate climate), Singapore Skylab (tropical climate) related design and domestic building test requirements. The rotating mechanism has anti-earthquake performance; the building shell is mainly divided into a replaceable wall, variable balcony depth distance, and scuttle. The test verification platform of the building is currently planned to carry out seven research themes such as "indoor environment, outdoor environment, performance building materials, intelligent management, energy efficiency, energy- environment big data, system integration analysis".
