摘要
本研究運用核研所國產自製kW 級全釩液流電池模組實測數據,當作模擬計算模型基礎,針對不同的「能量(電解液)/功率(電池模組)」比,提出操作成本最適化分析,用以評估特定電流密度操作下之「最低操作總成本」(本篇總成本為電解液成本與電池模組成本之和),以每單位「平均放電功率」的成本來表示(cost/kWav )。當「電解液成本/電池模組成本」值愈小時,電池在高電流密度下會有最低的操作成本。反之「電解液成本/電池模組成本」值愈大時,電池在會在較低的電流密度下會有最低的操作成本。

Abatract
In this study, the measured data of a homemade kW-class vanadium redox flow battery module was used as the basis for the simulation calculation model. For different “energy (electrolyte) / power (battery module)” ratios, the optimal cost of operation is proposed to evaluate the “minimum total operating cost” under specific current density operating, is expressed as the “cost per unit of average discharge power” (cost/ kWav ). (The total cost is the sum of electrolyte cost and battery module cost). When the “electrolyte cost / battery module cost” value is small, the battery will have the lower operating cost at high current density. Conversely, the higher the “electrolyte cost / battery module cost” value, the lower the operating cost of the battery at lower current densities.
