摘要
泵浦是工業製程設備中關鍵性流體輸送元件,其性能穩定性與結構可靠性對整體製程運行效 率具有直接影響;而標準規範主要目的是確保不同製造商生產的泵浦具有可互換性、可靠性和標 準化,以確保產品設計具有一致性。本文將針對ANSI 73.1、ISO 2858、CNS 2138三種標準進行探 討,說明泵浦尺寸、設計點規範、鑄造加工及應用上之差異。

Abatract
Pumps are critical fluid transport components in industrial process equipment. Their performance stability and structural reliability directly affect overall process efficiency. The primary purpose of standards is to ensure interchangeability, reliability, and standardization among pumps produced by different manufacturers to ensure consistency in product design. This study examines three standards ANSI 73.1, ISO 2858, and CNS 2138 highlighting differences in pump dimensions, design point specifications, casting processes, and applications.
