摘要
隨著塑橡膠製品精度要求越來越高,為了使塑料在充填階段有更好的流動性,透過模具溫度的 提升,來達到精密成形的要求,因此高模溫成形製程技術儼然成為產業關鍵成形技術之一。有鑒於 此,本研究透過協助塑橡膠成形加工業者導入感應加熱製程技術,完成感應式加熱節能技術產業應 用案例,並評估分析傳統熱媒式與感應式加熱製程之能耗差異性。結果顯示,感應加熱製程技術與 熱媒式模溫機加熱比較下,可讓射出機單機能耗從17.5萬度/年減少至12.2萬度/年,能源節省達20% 以上,並縮短成形週期,加工時間由50秒降至35秒,提升射出機產線產率。

Abatract
With quality requirements of plastics and rubber products have become increasingly demanding. By increasing the mold temperature, plastics have better fluidity in the filling stage, which could achieve requirements in precision forming. So high mold temperature injection molding process technology has become one of the key technologies in the industry. In view of this, the study through the assistance to import induction heating process technology for plastics and rubber forming industry. To establish industrial application cases about induction heating energy-saving forming technology. And to assess the energy consumption of the conventional heat medium and induction heating process. The results show that comparison with conventional heat medium, the induction heating process technology in addition to improving warpage, bonding wires, poor micro structure and other defect, it also let energy consumption of stand-alone injection molding machine reduce from 175,000 kWh/year to 122,000kWh/year, shorten the cycle time, the processing time from 50 seconds down to 35 seconds.
